Important Points
Typical delivery from receipt of order and payment is 2-3 weeks.
You will be informed of any potential delay and offered the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
Orders are otherwise non-cancellable. All sales are final.
Only defective products are accepted for return.
Purchase of the wrong product - such as the selection of an inappropriate connector for your laser - does not qualify for a return. Please contact us before ordering if you are not sure whether a particular probe will fit your laser.
The goods are manufactured under an ISO 13485 quality management system and carry the CE-mark unless indicated otherwise. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they can be imported and used in their country.
All import duties, taxes and related brokerage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
General Terms and Conditions
Definition
Seller refers to the party to whom the order for purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods refers to the product for which the Buyer has placed an order with the Seller.
Application
The terms and conditions are valid for any goods provided by the Seller to the Buyer.
Pricing
The pricing, quantity of goods and time of delivery mentioned in the articles are not binding on the Seller, but the Seller will make all efforts to fulfill the stated estimates.
Payment
All payments must be made in advance by the Buyer to the Seller at the time the order is placed
Delivery
Delivery by the Seller will be deemed to have taken place when the materials are shipped by express courier service to the Buyer. Typical delivery is 2-3 weeks.
Cancellation
Any order placed and paid for by the Buyer is not cancellable, unless the Seller fails to deliver the goods in the indicated timeframe.
Notice
All written notices to be served on or given to the Buyer shall be sent or delivered to the Buyer's principle place of business and shall be treated as having been given upon receipt.
Loss or Damage to Goods
The Buyer will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to the Buyer.
Usage of Goods or Services
All Goods must be used by the Buyer (or its Buyers) in line with medical regulations and requirements in effect at the location of the Buyer.
Warranty
The goods are manufactured under an ISO 13485 : 2016 quality management system and carry the CE-mark. The warranty only applies to first time usage.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the Goods nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Goods. Any liability of the Seller shall in any event be limited to the value paid by the Buyer for the Goods.
The Buyer shall fully indemnify the Seller against any liability to third parties arising out of the Buyer's use of the Goods.
